1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroDrive's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AstroDrive provides AI-powered lead generation services through social media advertising and intelligent targeting. Our platform connects businesses with qualified prospects through automated outreach and conversion tracking across multiple social media platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of AstroDrive services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and rights of prospects and leads generated through our platform
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered through our platform. Pricing is based on the selected plan ($40, $50, or $60 per qualified lead). All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads provided meet the specified criteria agreed upon during service setup. If a lead does not meet the qualified criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or credit at no additional cost. Quality disputes must be reported within 7 days of lead delivery.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

AstroDrive is committed to protecting user privacy and lead data. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. All lead data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share lead data with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AstroDrive platform are owned by AstroDrive and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstroDrive's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. AstroDrive reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

AstroDrive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas.
